I created this website as my response to the commitment of my  Alma Mater --- the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila --- to be responsive to  the needs of the 21st Century. As a fulltime faculty member of the Operations   Management Area under the College of Business Administration and Accountancy, I  opted to develop this website to cater to the needs of my students in Letran and  in other school. Through this website, my students will be encouraged to engage  in paperless transactions which is the present trend in the competitive world of  business today, locally and  internationally. 

Paperless  activities such as submission of reports  and assignments via  e-mail, answering  online quizzes, and doing online  researches. This  web site will also encourage my students to have  intellectual discussion  with other students online about the current and hottest issues in politics, economics, business, and even life styles.
Students will be provided some time  in class to meet their objectives, but it is not enough to fully conduct their school or classroom projects or reports. They still must use their time  efficiently in order to be effective. Materials that could be found in this website will not be enough and sufficient to cover all the topics which are included in the syllabi. 

Students are still require to attend their regular classes to cover everything, like cited examples which are  based on the actual and real life situations. This website also  provides
links to other websites with related topics about the following fields: Principles of Management, Public Administration, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Political Science.
